مخازن فایبر گلاس با استفاده از انواع الیاف شیشه و انواع رزین های پلی استر، وینیل استر، اپوکسی و … به روش های قالب گیری، الیاف پیچی و لایه چینی قابل تولید می باشند.جهت ساخت مخازن فایبر گلاس به روش الیاف پیچی ابتدا مطابق نیازهای کارفرما نسبت به طراحی مخازن اقدام شده، سپس بدنه مخزن با استفاده از قالب های دوار و سیستم اتوماتیک الیاف پیچی ساخته می شود.
همزمان با ساخت بدنه، کپ های دو انتهای مخزن نیز به روش قالب گیری تولید می گردد و در مرحله بعد نسبت به نصب کپ ها در دو طرف استوانه مخزن اقدام شده و در انتها مطابق سفارش مشتری، انشعابات و تجهیزات مورد نیاز نظیر ورودی، خروجی، هوا کش، مسیر تخلیه، سر ریز، نردبان، ساپورت و پایه بر روی بدنه مخزن نصب می شود.
پس از اتمام پروسه تولید، با توجه به روش نصب مخزن نسبت به رنگ آمیزی و پوشش دادن بدنه مخزن اقدام می گردد.
