مشخصات فنی دستگاه سختی گیر
1- مخزن دستگاه سختی گیر جهت فشار کار بر حسب PSIG با اتصال جوش دو سر عدسی پایین طراحی شده است و هر مخزن دارای دو دریچه بازدید می باشد .
2- پوشش داخلی مخزن با یک لایه ضد زنگ و سه لایه رنگ اپوکسی ضخیم و سطح خارجی آن با ضد زنگ و رنگ روغن مناسب پوشانده می شود .
3- مخزن دستگاه با توجه به ظرفیت فشار کاری متناسب را تحمل می کند .
4- دستگاه پایینی مخزن دو جداره مجهز به استرلینرهای کف (آب جمع کن) و سطح بالایی مخزن مجهز به نازلهای آب جمع کن از جنس P.V.C می باشند .
5- دستگاه مجهز با نانومتر، شیر هواگیری، شیر تخلیه، شیر نمونه برداری و نیمه اتومکانیک چند راهه است .
6- رزین های مصرفی از جنس کاتیونی با بالا ترین کیفیت می باشند .
