تعریف دیونایزر Deionizer:دستگاهی است شامل یک ستون کاتیونی به همراه رزین کاتیونی و یک ستون آنیونی به همراه رزین آنیونی که قابلیت تولید آب خالص یا همان آب بدون یون با هدایت الکتریکی زیر 1 میکروزیمنس را داراست .عملکرد رزین دیونایزر در ستون کاتیونی کلیه کاتیون ها شامل کلسیم ، منیزیم ، سدیم ، پتاسیم ، و در ستون آنیونی کلیه آنیون ها شامل کربنات ، سولفات ، کلراید ، نیترات و سیلیکات حذف می شود . ستون کاتیونی بعد از اشباع شدن با اسید و ستون آنیونی با سود احیا می شود.
نوع و جنس سیستم های تولید آب خالص اصطلاحا دیونایزر عمدتا از جنس FRP و یا S.S 316L می باشد.
دیونایزر می تواند جهت سهولت اپراتور در حالت عملکرد اتوماتیک و نیمه اتو ماتیک طراحی و راه اندازی گردد.
دستگاه دیونایزر در کلیه ظرفیت های آزمایشگاهی و صنعتی طراحی ساخته و راه اندازی می گردد
