دیگ های آبگرم به صورت کوره برگشتی یا سه پاس بر اساس استاندارد BS885 و استاندارد تولید می گردد. در کلیه مراحل ساخت، جنس ورق های مصرفی، لوله ها و همچنین الکترود های مصرفی به تایید شرکت ناظران یکتا و استاندارد ایران می رسد.
با توجه به استاندارد های فوق ورق های مصرفی کلا از نوع 17Mn4، لوله ها از نوع آتشخوار بدون درز ST35.8 و الکترود های مصرفی از نوع E7018 می باشد.
این محصول در کلیه مراحل تولید توسط تیم کنترل کیفیت مطابق با سیستم ISO9001:2008 بازرسی گردیده و تست های لازم انجام شده است.
نکته اصلی در طراحی و ساخت دیگ های آبگرم افزایش سطح انتقال حرارت می باشد که با کاهش اتلاف حرارت و دمای دودکش، موجب صرفه جویی در مصرف سوخت می گردد.
پس از اتمام ساخت، دیگ به صورت هیدرواستاتیک با فشار ۱.۵ برابر فشار طراحی تست می گردد. سپس با عایق حرارتی پشم سنگ به ضخامت ۵۰ میلی متر عایق شده و عملیات روکش کاری با روکش رنگی یا ورق استنلس استیل بنا (به درخواست) انجام می گیرد.
بنا به درخواست مشتری، دیگ به همراه تجهیزات کامل شامل تابلو کنترل، شیرهای ورود و خروج، شیر اطمینان، ترمومتر، مانومتر، آکوستات، سنسور دمای دودکش و … ارائه می گردد.
