سیستم پیش تصفیه
بوستر پمپ: جهت تامین فشار لازم برای عبور آب از سطح ستون های شنی و کربنی در ابتدای سیستم نصب می گردد. این پمپ مجهز به پرشر سوئیچ می باشد که میزان فشار آب ورودی به سیستم را تنظیم می کند.
فیلتر شنی / کربنی (sand & carbon):
فیلتر شنی:
جهت حذف ذرات معلق (solids suspended) یا به بیان ساده تر جهت حذف کدورات آب که در آن از سه لایه سنگ سیلیس دانه بندی شده به صورت طبقاتی استفاده می شود که آب از درون بستر عبور می کند و ذرات ریز در بین خلل و فرج بستر باقی می مانند و آب زلال خارج می شود.
فیلتر کربنی:
فیلترهای کربنی به منظور حذف طعم، بو، رنگ، COD ، BOD، مواد آلی و کلر آزاد مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
فیلتر کارتریج:
به منظور حذف هر چه بهتر کدورات تا حذف ذرات به قطر ۵µ از میکرو فیلترها استفاده می گردد. مواد کلوئیدی تا قطر ۵µ که از فیلترهای شنی عبور کرده اند در این قسمت از آب گرفته خواهد شد و SDI آب به کمتر از ۳ خواهد رسید. بدین ترتیب آب آماده ورود به ممبران ها می باشد.
سیستم تصفیه:
پمپ طبقاتی:
جهت تامین فشار مورد نیاز غشاهای نیمه تراوا (ممبران ها) از پمپ طبقاتی استفاده می شود.
پرشر وسل (Pressure Vessel):
محفظه هایی با قابلیت تحمل فشار بالا قرار گرفتن ممبران در داخل آنها می باشد.
ممبران (membrane):
ممبران ها قسمت اصلی دستگاه اسمز معکوس می باشند که میزان جامدات محلول در آب را تا ۹۹٫۶% حذف می نماید.
گیج های فشار:
جهت اندازه گیری فشار در نقاط مختلف سیستم استفاده می شود.
سیستم تزریق آنتی اسکالانت:
به منظور جلوگیری از رسوب مواد در سطح غشا RO و افزایش راندمان دستگاه می باشد.
پمپ تزریق:
فلومتر (Flow Meter) :
جهت اندازه گیری دبی آب تولیدی، پساب و برگشتی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
سیستم میکس (Blend Permeate) :
برای تنظیم TDS آب به میزان مورد نظر استفاده می شود.
پرشر سوئیچ :
برای جلوگیری از افزایش و یا کاهش فشار به میزان بیش از مقدار تعیین شده از پرشر سوئیچ استفاده می شود.
TDS متر پانلی :
جهت نمایش مقدار جامدات محلول در آب تصفیه شده.
تابلو برق (Power Box) :
لوله کشی فشار بالای سیستم (High Pressure Piping)
لوله کشی فشار پایین(Low Pressure Piping)
Specifications
Pretreatment
Booster pump to supply water pressure to pass through the column of sand and carbon at the beginning of the system is installed. The pump is equipped with Prshr switch that regulates the amount of water entering the system.

Filters:
To delete a better Kdvrat 5μ to remove particles with a diameter of micro-filters are used. The water is entering the membrane.

Pump class:
Pressure required to provide semi-permeable membranes (membrane) of the pump used class.
Prshr vessels (Pressure Vessel):
Ability to withstand high pressure chamber with the membrane inside them.
Membrane (membrane):
The main part of the reverse osmosis membrane which removes dissolved solids in water up to 99.6%.
Pressure gauge:
To measure the pressure at various points in the system.
Anti Askalant injection system:
In order to prevent fouling of the RO membrane surface and increase the efficiency of the system.
Infusion pump:
Flow (Flow Meter):
To measure the discharge of produced water, wastewater and returning used items.
Mix System (Blend Permeate):
Set the desired amount of water to be used for TDS.
Prshr switch:
To avoid pressure increase or decrease by more than the amount set by the switch Prshr used.
TDS meter panel:
To display the amount of dissolved solids in water.
