مرحله پنجم : راه اندازی و تست دستگاه تصفیه آب خانگی

1. جهت حصول اطمینان از وجود کارتریج ها در محفظه ها تمامی محفظه ها را کنترل کنید.
2. شیلنگ ورودی محفظه ممبران ( شماره 9 ) که قبلا باز گذاشته اید درون یک ظرف خالی قرار دهید.
3. شیر ورودی آب به دستگاه را باز کرده و 3 دقیقه صبر کنید تا دستگاه آب گیری نمایید سپس دوشاخه آداپتور را به پریز وصل کنید . صبر کنید تا آب به مدت 5 دقیقه از شیلنگ ورودی محفظه ممبران ( شماره 9 ) وارد ظرف آب شود. سپس شیر ورودی را بسته ، شیلنگ را به ورودی محفظه متصل کرده و شیر ورودی را مجددا باز کنید.
4. شیر تانک را باز کنید.
5. محل اتصالات دستگاه تصفیه آب را به دقت چک کنید. در صورت نشت آب از اتصالات نسبت به رفع آن اقدام کنید.
6. خروجی فاضلاب دستگاه را چک کنید که حتما در هنگام کارکرد دستگاه و روشن بودن پمپ ، پساب از آن جاری باشد.
7. پس از حصول اطمینان از کارکرد دستگاه و بررسی تمام نکات ذکر شده ، صبر کنید دستگاه تصفیه آب آنقدر کار کند تا تانک پر شده و پمپ دستگاه تصفیه آب خاموش شود. سپس برای شستشوی مخزن و احتمال وجود ذرات کربن آزاد در محفظه ها شیر برداشت روی سینک را باز کنید تا آب تانک خالی شود. یعنی مخزن پر شده اول را نباید استفاده نمود. ( زمانی که دستگاه به برق وصل است وقتی مخزن خالی میشود فشار آب شیر بسیار کم است و این خروجی کم با توجه به خالی بودن مخزن به دلیل تصفیه مستقیم دستگاه ی روشن است که آب تصفیه شده در زمانی که شیر باز است دیگر به مخزن هدایت نمیشود بلکه به شیر برداشت انتقال می یابد. پس زمانی که دستگاه در برق باشد نشانه خالی شدن مخزن، همان کم شدن فشار آب از شیر برداشت است.)
8. به دلیل اینکه پر شدن کامل تانک ذخیره مستلزم گذشت زمان زیادی است، میتوانید مرحله 6 را به عهده مصرف کننده بگذارید. در در این صورت توضیحات کامل را به مصرف کننده بدهید.
