فصل چهارم– مقررات عمومی:
ماده 73- رعایت دستورالعمل های سازنده در مورد نگهداری ، سرویس و تعمیرات و به ویژه روغن کاری قطعات جعبه دنده و محورها الزامی است .
ماده 74 – کلیه وسایل و تجهیزات جانبی مانند دبی سنج ها بایستی براساس توصیه سازنده مطابق دستورالعمل ها نگهداری ، تعمیر و کنترل شوند.
ماده 75- درمورد ارتفاع سنج ها اعم از شناوری یا شاخص های برقی و ابزار دقیق ، علاوه بر رعایت دستورالعمل ها ، بازدیدهای عینی الزامی است.
ماده 76- در ارتفاع سنج های شناوری بایستی دقت شود که سیم بکسل ، طناب ، قرقره ها و توپی شناور در اثر استهلاک و یخ زدگی و زنگ زدگی گیر نداشته باشد.
ماده 77- استفاده از ترکیبات ضد عفونی کننده مانند کلر فقط با رعایت شرایط زیر مجاز خواهد بود.
الف – وجود یک دستگاه ضد عفونی کننده مناسب به طوری که بتواند ماده مذکور را با میزان وغلظت لازم تامین نماید.
ب – تحت نظارت شخصی انجام شود که کاملا با مشخصات شیمیائی و فیزیکی آن آشنا باشد و برای مقابله با حالتهای اضطراری که ممکن است در عمل پیش بیاید کاملا تعلیم دیده باشد.
ج – شرایط ایمنی و درمانی کافی برای محافظت پرسنل استفاده کننده از این مواد مهیا باشد .
د _ رعایت دستورالعمل های صادره از طرف وزارت بهداشت ، درمان و آموزش پزشکی الزامی است .
ماده 78- ظرف محتوی هیپوکلریت سدیم باید در شرایطی نگهداری شود تا از فساد و تبخیر کلر آن جلوگیری بعمل آید.
ماده 79- هیپوکلریت کلسیم باید در محلی خنک ، خشک و تاریک انبار شود تا میزان اتلاف کلر فعال حین ذخیره سازی حداقل گردد.
ماده 80- هنگام تعمیرات دستگاه های کلرزنی حتماً باید شیرهای سیلندر محتوی گاز کلر کاملاً بسته شود و گاز کلر باقیمانده در لوله ها و دستگاه کلرزنی تخلیه گردد .
ماده 81- بازدیدهای روزانه از محل استقرار دستگاه کلرزنی و همچنین در مدار قرار دادن سیلندرهای کلر ، همواره باید توسط دو نفر انجام گیرد تا در صورت بروز خطر ، مقابله با آن امکان پذیر باشد.
ماده 82- در اتاق کلرزنی باید بطرف بیرون باز شود و دارای دستگیره داخلی از نوع اضطراری باشد .
ماده 83– در صورت استفاده از دستگاه جت آب برای نظافت دیواره های استخرها و مخازن باید علاوه بر استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی ، با توجه به صدای زیاد دستگاه از گوشی حفاظتی استفاده نمود.
ماده 84- قبل از شروع ه ر عملیات با دستگاه جت آب بایستی از سالم بودن شیلنگ های دستگاه اطمینان حاصل شود .
ماده 85- تردد افراد متفرقه از نزدیکی محل عملکرد دستگاه جت آب ممنوع است.
