*- در این نوع بویلر امکان طراحی و نصب سوپر هیت در بین پاس های حرارتی 2 و 3 وجود دارد.
1-1-ورقهای فولادی : ورقهای مصرفی در ساخت مخزن و اجزاء تحت فشار دیگ مطابق استاندارد 4231 فقط از ورقهای آلیاژی منگنزدار که با استاندراد انگلیسی BS 1501 مطابقت داشته باشند ، استفاده می گردد .
توجه : این ورقهای فولادی آلیاژی کاملا مورد تایید شرکت بازرسی و اداره استاندارد و با اخذ گواهی از آزمایشگاه متالوژی رازی ، به مشتری ارائه می گردد .
2-1-لوله های عبور دود (لوله های آتش): این لوله ها مطابق استاندارد 4231 از نوع بدون درز و آتشخوار و مطابق با استانداردهای BS 3059 & BS3601،از لوله های St35.8 مطابق با استاندارد آلمانی استفاده می گردد.
توجه : این لوله های آلیاژی کاملا مورد تایید شرکت بازرسی و اداره استاندارد و با اخذ گواهی از آزمایشگاه متالوژی رازی ، به مشتری ارائه می گردد .
3-1-میل مقاومهای مصرفی : از نوع آلیاژی و مورد تایید شرکت بازرسی و اداره استاندارد و با اخذ گواهی از آزمایشگاه متالوژی رازی در تهران می باشند
4-1-لوله های نازلهای تحت فشار : از نوع مخصوص مخازن تحت فشار و مورد تایید استاندارد می باشند
5-1-فلنجهای مصرفی : از انواع PN و یا ASTM استاندارد و کاملا تایید شده توسط گواهی معتبر می باشند
6-1- پیچ و مهر ه های مصرفی : از نوع استاندارد ASTMو دارای تاییدیه از کارخانه جات معتبر می باشند
7-1-مواد مصرفی در عایقکاری : از بهترین مواد مهندسی ایزولاسیون رایج در کشور و مورد تایید استاندارد می باشند
8-1-روکش دیگها : از ورق های استیل می باشند.
